In addition to your monthly plan, your AI agents are billed for the tokens they consume processing tasks — conversations answered, emails drafted, reports generated. Usage is invoiced at the end of each month alongside your plan fee. Here's what most businesses can expect:

One agent handling a low volume of tasks. Chip answering occasional website inquiries, or Chloe processing a handful of monthly reports.
Moderate Usage
~$50 – $150/mo
Two agents in regular operation — steady customer interactions, weekly reporting, ongoing email and communications management.
High Volume
~$150 – $300/mo
All four agents active, especially Moose running content campaigns. High-traffic customer-facing operations and daily analytics.
Usage is summarized on your monthly invoice so you always know what to expect. Most clients land comfortably in the light-to-moderate range.

What is the one-time setup fee?
The setup fee covers the full configuration, integration, and customization of your AI Personnel. It varies by plan — Starter is $750, Growth is $1,250, and Pro is $1,750. We'll confirm the exact amount after your free consultation.
How does token usage billing work?
In addition to your monthly plan fee, your AI agents consume compute tokens as they work — every conversation, email, report, and task uses tokens. These are tallied and billed monthly alongside your plan. Most businesses with one agent fall in the $15–$50/month range; busy multi-agent operations typically run $50–$150/month depending on volume. Your monthly invoice includes a full usage breakdown.
Can I add extra tools to an agent?
Each agent includes 5 core tools at no additional cost. You can add up to 5 additional tools per agent at $19/month per tool. Add-ons are billed monthly alongside your subscription.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or add agents at any time. Downgrading is also possible with 30 days notice.
Is Moose available in the Starter plan?
Moose (our Marketing Specialist) is available in the Growth and Pro plans due to the higher resource requirements of running multi-platform campaigns.
What does 'customization' mean?
Each AI Personnel can be configured to match your brand voice, integrate with your specific tools (CRMs, email platforms, phone systems), and handle workflows unique to your business.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are billed month-to-month. Annual plans may be available at a discounted rate — contact us for details.
Do prices include taxes?
All prices shown are before applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated and applied based on your billing location at the time of invoicing.
